One of our friendly staff members will greet you and get to the bottom of any issues you may be having with your bike.

While you wait repairs

A new tube to fix a puncture can be fitted in minutes - or we can get your bike booked in for further repair.

​

We aim to get our repairs back to you in 48 hours - subject to parts availability. If for any reason the wait is longer, we'll let you know.

Our services

Our experienced bike mechanics cover everything from punctures and buckled wheels to brake and gear trouble. We can supply and fit most parts and componentry on a bike. 

​

We also offer more specialist services such as wheel truing, bike building, electronic gear set up etc. 

​

STANDARD SERVICE

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Gears adjusted

  • Brake block alignment, cable tension checked and adjusted

  • Cables and chain lubrictaed

  • Bottom bracket checked for play and tightened

  • Headset checked for play and tightened

  • Saddle and post checked and secured

  • Pedals tightened

  • Wheel nuts/ skewers tightened

  • Brake and gear lever bolts tightened

  • Tyres inflated to correct pressure

NOT INCLUDED

  • Consumables such as cables, tyres or tubes etc are NOT included within the service charge

  • Hydraulic brakes ARE aligned as part of the standard service but please note hydraulic brake bleeding is NOT included and charged at £25 per brake

PREMIUM SERVICE

Our standard service PLUS Chain, cassette and derailleur removed, cleaned and degreased, re-fitted and lubricated. Bike frame fully cleaned down using specific bike cleaning solution.
